Just to understand it better: what have you completely uninstalled? Did you have separated firewall program? (Windows has its own built in firewall.)
I am asking because the upgrade program uses only simple download, so if you can browse and download the upgrade should actually work… (except the case I have mentioned)

One possible reason can be, that you use another Windows user, than you have used when AChat was installed.

if you log in before purchasing, double purchasing is impossible, because it is not allowed to select already purchased items…
if you log in only before paying, the already purchased items will be removed from your list…
how could you double purchase???  😮

I don't think that is the firewall… could you please send us the file versionupgrade.log from upgrade_dir of AChat? Can you find the directory?
If yes, where is your AChat client installed to?

Hi,

only subscribed users can use their money, so you have to buy subscription, but it is possible with your A$. You have to buy at least a 3 days long subscription, it allows you to use the bought items. If you take them on, you can wear them after your short subscription has already ended (just don't take them off…). The subscription has additional cost, it is important when you want to use your A$ received as gift. We will add an explanation to the gifting procedure, sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes, AChat uses DirectX to create 3D graphics, so only Windows version is available.
