Hi Vixxia,
If you buy things in the web shop, you have to log out and back in for the game to register them as your new purchases.
If they are not showing in the game, it may be you have not picked up the upgrade for those clothes / items.
The automatic upgrader should fix that when you load up the game to play.
Also check the firewall in your web security (such as Norton, Mcfee etc… )and in your “windows” firewall so it allows Achat to have access to our pc. It may be that your web security / windows is blocking the upgrades or deleting them as Malware (malicious software)
