I also experience this issue.

It used to happen when you had missed an upgrade. For whatever reason, your PC did not download it. Often it was blocked by your antivirus

So if one player had the upgrade and you had not, you could not see their profiles if they wear the new item.
In rooms, if they had a new pose and you did not, you would see the the default T avi stance.

The only way to ensure you have the full upgrades, is to uninstall and install the game again.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue, if not please report to Achat Support and keep us updated on the progress.

The horror legend, who started his second career as a singer in 2012, releases a mini album as he celebrates his birthday.
He is the world’s oldest heavy metal performer and now Christopher Lee has released a new album to coincide with his 92nd birthday.

On his 90th birthday (27 May 2012), Lee announced the release of the first single, “Let Legend Mark Me as the King”, signifying his move onto “full on” heavy metal, after performing a more symphonic style on his prior releases. He was the oldest heavy metal performer in history. He was joined on the single by tenor Vincent Ricciardi, who also appeared on Charlemagne: By the Sword and the Cross.

Sir Christopher Frank Carandini Lee CBE CStJ was an English actor and singer. In a long career which spanned over 60 years, Lee was known as an actor with a deep and commanding voice, who often portrayed villains in horror and franchise films.
Born: 27 May 1922, Belgravia, London
Died: 7 June 2015 (age 93 years), Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London

His cousin was Ian Fleming also served alongside him during the war.
The author later admitted that Lee was the inspiration for the James Bond character.
Strangely, Christopher Lee went on to play Bond villain Francisco Scaramanga in The Man with the Golden Gun.
