i hope i didnt annoy you and I think my opinion was quite clear in my previous postes.

But what i dont like is to be unprecise. This always gives the opponent the possiblity to destroy the things you say. Thats why I said the things above.

Yes your opinion was quite clear but i have to say i disagree with it, or with some part of it. That's why i said i don't want to go into this discussion, my english is not good enough, and i think it's not the purpose of this topic.

We both agree about the fact that a minor has nothing to do here, and I think it's the most important !

@ Tharvun : I don't really want to debate about what is pedo and what is not. The most important thing is that this program is forbidden for people under 18, and I think it's totally normal. And 14 is really TOO young. So, as you said, I think this member should be banned, even if it's only somebody that pretends to be 14.

I must insist on one point : if the login name becomes the only name you can use on achat, well it just will be impossible to me. And as i'm a premium member, i couldn't create another account. So I guess I just would have to leave. I'm not against the idea to choose one name and not be able to change it in the future, but it is necessary that this name could be different than the login name.

EDIT : Oh I haven't noticed that message :

Old users can be fixed with the current settings, the name and the sex also. In that case, no conversion of name to the login-name would occur.

But this is only a poll for now, we'll announce it when it comes to implementation.

One more note, in case of fixing it, the name inside AChat would be the same as your login name.

Well it would be a problem for me, as my login name is a « code »  i'm using for a lot of website, when my achat name is simply my first name. When I first start to use achat, I wasn't sure I would appreciate it, that's why I didn't use my real first name…

Anyway, I don't think it's a problem that an user is able to change its name. But I think it would be good to not be able to change sex. Once you choosed one, you keep it, and that's all !

Allez, juste un petit bonjour, pour le plaisir d'écrire en français, parce que je viens d'écrire une petite tartine en anglais et que nom d'un chien, mine de rien ce n'est pas facile, comme ça, tout seul devant son écran, en-dehors du contexte d'une conversation, de s'exprimer dans une langue qui n'est pas la sienne !

Fais froid chez moi, mais les montagnes à l'horizon sont jolies à voir…

Bon je sais la photo est moche avec les lampadaires et tout, et puis elle est mal cadrée, mais c'est juste pour que vous ayez une idée…

And of course it has nothing to do with what you wrote : it's almost impossible to understand your messages ! I don't want to seem mean, but try to understand that you have to do some efforts if you want to write on a english-speaking forum !!

Now let me say something else, please : don't blame someone to act like if this forum was « his » forum. When you created your top list, everybody said it was a bad idea. But you just didn't care, and you went on with it. At this time, I think we all had the impression that you was considering this forum like if it was yours ! You just ignored other's opinion.

So, can you really blame the people on this forum to ignore yours now ??
