how do i transfer my poses to the Editor?

You can't.
You must create your own pose in the editor.

I made two poses with six variations for each role, and if be honnest it was pretty hard, now i understand why Achat team needs so much time for new poses ) But it was fun)  Will wait when we can use poses what we made :

Where is the editor? I dont see any exe file in the game folder.

It’s in the lower right corner when you open the game.
You have the editor’s clothing and poses after having clicked on: User Created Contents
